Gratitude doesn't only make you feel good, it can change the state of your health! In this solo episode, I share a new way to do gratitude. As you know by now, I'm a big believer that everything we want to see in the world; peace, love, freedom, ease, and connection, has to start first from within. In this show, I share some of my strategies and ways to cultivate gratitude, with a bit of a twist. The focus is on YOU first and then sharing it outward.

Let's start with true self-appreciation, seeing the divinity in each of us, and from there, appreciate your loved ones, those who are harder to adore, the issues that have caused you to grow, and ideally, all beings.
