Hal Elrod is on a mission to elevate the consciousness of humanity, one reader at a time. With visualization, Hal talks about seeing the things you can do today with as much confidence, energy, passion, and excitement as possible and mentally rehearsing your best. With journaling, for example, write down what you’re grateful for and feel it. Then, at the end of your practice, write the top 3 things you can do today that affirm your commitment.
